I've been doing body work for years. Mostly I use Evercoat products, and their version of short strand fiberglass filler called Everglass. I'm not going to compaire the two side by side though. Everglass is professional autobody repair filler. This is what shops use. Bondo is the off the shelf do it yourself kind of stuff and it's much much cheaper.
Not having the few extra dollars to blow on a can of Everglass I picked up a can of this Bondoglass. I figured it should be good enough to do what I needed a light repair job. First thing about the Bondoglass is that it's not like most other shortstrand fillers. Most other fillers are like peanut butter "thick and smooth". with Bondo Glass you can actually see the short strands, and when you mix it, it has the tendancy to act like the long strand filler. It clumps together and starts making a hairball, so you have to be careful with your mixing technique as to avoid this. It mixes pretty easy though which is always great when dealing with any filler cheap of expensive. After I mixed it up I applied it to the body panel. I had a moderate sized hole and applied a moderate portion of the filler on to my spatula. I started spreading and immediately realized the difference.
This stuff is runny. In the can I thought it was soupy, but when I mixed it with the hardner I thought it's properties would change to where it was somewhat more stable. That wasn't the case. I ended up having to use smaller portions at a time than I normally would, just to keep everything from slopping down. When I was done I let it sit and dry. Didn't take to long, came back and sanded it down. Sanding this stuff is pretty easy. I was using 40 grit, I couldn't comment about ligher grits as I normally don't use those for fiberglass sanding. Overall it did it's job, but the runniness of this stuff makes it difficult to use. I decided to solve that problem by mixing in some fiberglass dust left behind from sanding an earlier project, into the can of Bondoglass and it did the trick well. It's thicker and it holds better.
For the do it yourselfer just looking to patch up your car this product is great for you, but if your a bit more experience and your working on a car your restoring or modifying I recommend going with a professional grade filler like Everglass.

Lift kit was for the most part self explanatory. Good directions. Never doing a body lift before it did take quite a bit of time to complete. If you have a 2 door (like I do) you only use 10 out of the 12 pucks that come with the kit.Don't waste your time looking under your vehicle trying to figure out where else the body unbolts from the frame. Have to cut sections out of your rear bumper to clear the frame as well as the front valence. Hope this helps.
